Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie (born November 24, 1982) is an American political commentator. She was a former politician, as well a TV host on MSNBC, a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, and the former co-host of The Hill's Rising alongside Saagar Enjeti. Enjeti and Ball decided to end the show in the month of May 2021. This was in order for them to release Breaking Points (Krystal and Saagar). Ball is the co-host of the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. Her guest appearances on the show include Fox News, CNN and Fox News. Ball is engaged to Jonathan Dariyanani since 2020. Ball attributes her new political interest to her experiences being a mother in the 2008 primary elections. In addition, she observed the US elections for president in 2008 while working in Jordan. She witnessed how it affected the citizens of the country and developed an appreciation for US politics' global impact. She was a Senior Fellow at the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee in Virginia's 1st Congressional District for Congress in 2010, losing to Rob Wittman, who is the incumbent Republican. She was the host of The Cycle, a MSNBC television show she co-hosted from June 2012 through August 2015. She established the People's House Project, an organization that promotes Democratic causes in May 2017.
